Why ride to decide

Have you thought about a career in HVAC or Plumbing and didn’t know where to start? Ride to Decide is the best way to see what your future could look like. Our program offers you the opportunity for job shadowing that steps out of the box, and into a van. You will have the chance to ride with one of our top service technicians for the day to see how they interact with customers, solve problems, and truly change lives. You can participate in this program regardless of your experience.

Eligibility requirements do apply. You must be 16 years or older. On the day of, you must wear close-toed shoes and long pants, and make sure to bring water and a snack! Be ready to get your hands and shoes dirty; you will get to see it all!

  Roscoe Brown has been my HVVAC company for years.  I recently had a plumbing problem and called them .   They sent Felipe - He is a very knowledgeable plumber.  Ask for him - you won’t regret it.

  Dylan and Gage were very courteous and professional as they installed replacement branch lines for HVAC system. The crawl space was very tight and they maneuvered duct work until connections and boots were attached. Very pleased with the service I received.

  For Another Service on August 12, 2026: My plumber, Felipe, went above and beyond again! He did a very thorough plumbing maintenance inspection and executed a minor toilet repair with precision. He is always great about explaining everything with patience and being so kind and understanding. From Lori in the scheduling office, to Jeff confirming prices, and Felipe providing outstanding work and customer service, I had yet another wonderful experience with Roscoe Brown! ----- I had yet another great experience with Roscoe Brown. They continually serve the heating, cooling, and plumbing of my home so well. My plumber, Felipe, provided exceptional customer service. He was kind, accommodating, patient, thorough, and such a pleasure to work with. Jeff from the front office was also wonderful and provided exceptional customer service for me as well.   I appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous technicians, sales team, and customer service reps who helped me get a new system installed within 3 days. HVAC is a luxury, not an entitlement, but I am grateful to have the means to stay comfortable year-round. Everyone responded promptly and the communication overall was top-notch.
