Ok, let's start with my call on a Sunday. I spoke to a very pleasant lady Denise. She was super nice and helpful as she sent out Nathan the tech who was very knowledgeable at what he does. Nathan set up a same day appointment with the sales guy Gunther who came to our hose promptly to give us a no pressured quote. Gunther listened to what we wanted and quoted what we asked for along with great options for us to choose from. After we decided on what package he scheduled the install appointment. The installers showed up and completed the job in one day. Very pleased with the quiet unit and new duct work. Very pleased with my experience with Roscoe Brown!!!!
