Gage B. came out for a routine maintenance after I had to reset the power to my condenser outside during the heat. He did an extremely thorough job diagnosing the unit and making sure all the systems were in working condition. I was very impressed with his professionalism and tidiness. Exceptional customer service received this morning via )Lori & Director of Operations Kirk because of the effective conflict resolution he expeditiously resolved. Christian and Nathan came by this morning on Labor Day to fix a newly installed unit where the coil had been routed incorrectly.  They were able to fix the issue and while they were there the downstairs unit shut off and they checked the wiring and tightened everything up and it works beautifully. They didn’t charge for an additional service  call on the downstairs unit since it was serviced 2 weeks ago.  Exceptional work!!!

Nathan with Roscoe Brown was awesome.  He was knowledgeable, fast and he educated me on the process.  He did not try to upsell me but gave me the option to pick what I needed and gave me maintenance options.  Great technician and great human. I can’t say enough about this company. We needed to replace all our flexible ductwork with rigid and  knew when they came out for an estimate that this would be the company we would go with when Chad was the only one who actually crawled back under the subfloor for his assessment. That choice was confirmed with a job well done and again, I can’t say enough about the 2 men who worked here everyday … Travis and Henry. They were informative, professional, and respectful. Roscoe Brown has been my HVVAC company for years.  I recently had a plumbing problem and called them .   They sent Felipe - He is a very knowledgeable plumber.  Ask for him - you won’t regret it.
