We recently had our outdoor HVAC unit repaired by your company (on 7/16/14) and I would like to first of all say thanks for a job well done. The system is running flawlessly (and quietly now) and we do appreciate the quick response to our needs. It’s comforting to know that there is a local company (Roscoe Brown) that is not only there for us when we need them but that we can trust to be at our home alone during the repairs. Thank You! When I first called about the very loud noise our unit was making I assumed the worst; that our system was on its last leg and that it would need replacing. The noise coming out of that unit was ridiculously loud at times. We have always used Roscoe Brown for our HVAC needs so I Googled you for the phone number. While I was on your site I found a coupon that I printed for 10% off Service Repair. I called, made an appointment for the next day and your repairman showed up quickly to address the problem. However, while he was here the unit was running quite as a mouse and the problem could not be identified. The repairman (I wish I could remember his name) was VERY helpful and said that he would leave my ticket open and if the unit acted up again to let him know and he would come back; if not, there would be no charge. I mentioned having a coupon to him (because I was thankful it was even offered) but since there was no work done and no charge for that visit he did not take the coupon with him. The next day the unit acted up again and he returned to address the problem. He discovered it was the blower motor and wheel that needed replacing and called me with the news that the part would need to be ordered. To try to shorten this story, the parts were ordered, the work was done on my unit (this time by John Jordan) and I’m a happy customer with a quiet unit again. After the initial visit, all of the work was done without me having to take off work and be here with the repairman (which I REALLY appreciate). Thanks again for being professional, dependable and honest. To me, that makes Roscoe Brown the obvious choice.

I have done business with Roscoe Brown since I moved to this home in 2002. They had been servicing the heating/cooling unit here prior to my move and I continued their services. They come in the spring and fall for a thorough check. The unit, which now has to be 20 years old or older, continues to work well. I find them to be easy to deal with and any time I have had a problem I feel they have been more than fair as they have dealt with it.

I wanted to share a note of appreciation to your team at Roscoe Brown. As you know we have had our share of HVAC issues this summer. Starting with our bottom unit going completely out in July and most recently our upstairs unit malfunctioning. I can’t remember all of the guys’ names that spent time helping us over the summer. But, every person that represented Roscoe was helpful, kind , professional and demonstrated the passion and commitment of Roscoe Brown’s 70+ year legacy. Not to mention we had a newborn (3 weeks old) when we made our first call, the guys were still very courteous and respectful of our new baby. Although we ultimately had to purchase two brand new units…for a 6 year old house…in the end it was worth it. We now have a temperature regulated home, with absolutely no HVAC issues. Hey I’m looking forward to winter, just to see how regulated the heat will be at home. :) Thanks again for being THE BEST in your business.

Quick to respond and a very friendly bunch of people! About nine years ago Roscoe Brown installed our two units in our house. Over the years, whenever we've had issues, they've come right out to fix them. Recently, they completely replaced our unit that died.
