Well it’s that time again. Our mini split duct unit was having issues again. Kevin has made several visits for this unit, it’s a LG (should bought a Mitsubishi). Kevin has went out of his way to keep this unit running, spending a late night on this latest call when the main board come in. With the new board installed he found several other issue and has been very diligent in correcting those issues. Kevin asked for Tom to come out and Tom gave a few recommendations, repair vs replace. So at this point we have chose to replace (with a Mitsubishi). Kevin, thanks for all your hard work!
Chris came out and did our semi-annual tune up and showed professional quality service. He not only checked, but cleaned and when he asked about the service our unit was providing I mentioned that I wished the air was a little stronger coming out of the vent. He informed me that he could do something about that and with magical knowledge of unplugging one wire and inserting another I had stronger air coming out of my vents. Thanks Chris F.
