Alzheimer’s Association aims to create a world without Alzheimer’s disease through advancement of research, enhanced care and support for all affected and reduction of the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Alzheimer’s disease is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States and more than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s. A disease with such a massive reach leaves no one untouched.
Roscoe Brown is no different. Alzheimer’s Association is important to us because Roscoe and his daughter Lily Anne Perry passed away from this terrible disease. Each year Roscoe Brown employees and their families participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s to help eradicate this disease, raise awareness of it, and remember those we have lost.
